Introduction

Head out from Leuven into the hills, taking in fairy-tale towers and historic sites. The keep of Horst Castle is maybe the best known tower, looming over a green landscape. The church towers of Vlierbeek Abbey and the Norbertine Park Abbey are places of sacred tranquillity and, together with the Gempemolen, form part of a history that goes back centuries.
